[200q20v] Antifreeze smell-Heater Core?

Getting the box back together is a big PITA. There are
a bunch of flaps inside which will fall out when you
take it apart, and need to go back in a specific way.
Audi has a special part to align the flaps as you put
the box halves together, but you can manage to make
one from cardboard, or if you are REALLY lucky move
them into place manually. That certainly didn't work
for me though.

Also, there are 2 types of replacement core: OEM
(metal with plastic end caps) or all metal (copper I
think).
