The rear door panels come off about the same as the fronts...
* 3x 4mm allen screws on the bottom of pull handle, loosen (no need to
remove) until handle comes off; disconnect window switch
* 1x phillips screw down the throat of the inner latch handle, pull latch
and stick screwdriver in hole thusly revealed; then slide latch handle
assembly forward and pop out, remove cable to latch while noting where the
various spring clips and foam pieces flew away to
* 1x phillips screw revealed by removal of inner latch handle
* 2x phillips screws at upper front & rear edges of panel, concealed when
door is closed
* ~15x pull-apart ratcheting plastic push-pins along bottom edge of panel,
pull gently but firmly over large area
* 1x ashtray light electrcal connector at bottom of panel
* lift bottom of panel away from door and panels away! - no need to remove
lock knob, but can be tricky to align for reinstall
BTW, 10-year-old Audi doors are much more fun to take apart than 2-year-old
Ford F150 pickup doors, my sister's window winder motor apparently died and
the thing is riveted into the door where you can't possibly get to it. Audi
conveniently makes the whole window frame come out for easy access.

1991 200 quattro, 112k, please don't make me take apart any door again
1988 GTI 16v, 216k, door only apart once to replace smashed driver's window
- when the outside handle breaks it's replaceable without taking apart the
door
