[200q20v] VAG-COM and a 200q20v

Nevermind.  Turns out, only measuring block 000 works on the 20v, and the
single-values do NOT correspond to the channels in the bently, they're raw
values from the A/D converters.

I've got a temporary code that should allow me to see block 000...
