[200q20v] Can I put the Havoline Coolant In My Car?

All-

Had the afterrun coolant pump seal blow out last night, stranded at home
(with new pump) and I need some coolant. Can't really get over to the VW
dealer to get new stuff, but I think I can walk down the street to get the
Havoline red stuff. I think it's phosphate free, can I use it?
