[200q20v] Time estimate for Heater Core Replacement?

Coolant... probably worth replacing some coolant hoses.

A helper is nice for pulling the heater box.  Take some nice digital photos of where the flaps should be prior to pulling it apart, since it must go back the same way.

Check the length of the brushes on the fan, since it must come out anyways, and replace them if they're pretty worn.

Bentley seems pretty clear on the procedure. Car records show the blower
motor was replaced three years ago, so I'm tempted to let it go. Any other
parts needed besides the core itself?
