[200q20v] radiator fuse - measuring current draw...

Current draw of an electric motor, in general, is highest at start-up as it
presents almost a dead short to the power supply before it starts to rotate.
Measuring the current draw while running will result in an observed value
lower Vs what is required momentarily at start-up of the motor, so the fuse
value must be higher Vs measured steady-state load on "high". Fusing at
steady-state observed load might result in frequent blown fuses at start-up
time. Total SWAG follows..... if the motor draws 80 Amps at start-up it
might draw about 40 Amps steady-state on "high" again - total SWAG here on
these values...

Has anyone measured the actual current draw when the fan is running? Gregg

No, you can not run two fuses; you'd double the amps needed to blow the
circuit to 160.
