It's a fairly simple matter of buying the proper bulb at Radio Shack, pulling
out the switch (easier to pull off the center console side panel and push it
out from behind), gently prying it apart, and desoldering and resoldering the
bulb, than slapping it back in. Well documented at

friend's, by the fourth one my time was down to about a minute per switch.
