[200q20v] Data Block Codes 3B ECU

The VAG 1551/1552 and the software emulators
(VDS-Pro/VWTool, Vag-Com, etc.) cannot talk to the
airbag unit on our cars. The only thing they can talk
to is the engine module, and then they can only
read/erase codes and read the block 0 data.
