[200q20v] Data Block Codes 3B ECU

Yes, it's the Ross Tech hardware, but I'm running VDS rather than VAG-COM.
It looks like it could talk to the airbag, but I haven't had the recall done
yet, so it doesn't work on mine. Basically, the only functionality I can see
is looking at the 10 values on the 3B. The software looks like it would read
a lot more blocks, but they just aren't there on our cars. Also, I ended up
having to get the OB2 to double square adapter plug. It was an extra $50,
might be obtainable for less.
