Hi Chris,

FYI and website, I have sized generic O-rings for the subject injectors.
Two each required for each injector, O-ring size: #2-203, material: Viton.
Cost, about $.50 each. Audi list: $3.00 each.

Apparently, Audi also shows a seal for the plastic insert that screws into
the manifold to locate the injector nozzle. If mine had had these seals
installed, they had desolved, as there was no solid material remaining where
an O-ring might go. Selecting an O-ring for this is also a simple task now
that I have the inserts removed. So, I'll go do it and be right back.
A #2-016 Viton O-ring would be correct. One required per injector insert.
The Viton material is not affected by hot fuel.

Regards, Bernie
