I had this stumbling issue last year and replaced all the
usual stuff. The problem was a very dirty throttle plate.
This almost never gets serviced/cleaned, and over time the
gunk builds up and inhibits smooth operation.  It is very
easy to pull and clean, and if you are careful the gasket
may be re-used........
