Rob:  I put one in years ago using the two lower knobs for the tail lights to hold one side of the net; the other side has hooks that hold the net around the "stuff".  Works well.  My net was a spare out of a Merkur XR4Ti, but any net will work.  Seen some nice hold downs (D-rings) on various cars, and keep thinking of adding them, but the net as is works well enough.
