[200q20v] V8 hood/headlight compatibility w '91 20v 200TQ?

Forgive me if this seems heresy, or if this is an old topic, but I've 
wondered about the TYP 44 similarities between our cars and the V8's.  I 
really like the look of the V8 hood/grille, and wonder whether it might be 
possible to use one on my car prehaps in conjunction with a headlight 
conversion...Any thoughts?
