[200q20v] Current Thoughts on Spark Plug Wires

I'm thinking abuot replacing my spark plug wires and am wondering what
others might have been doing. 

Any experience with the set that Blau sells?

Magnecor has sets in 7mm, 8mm, and 8.5 mm. What is best?

Other options?

This 130K miles car has an unknown chip installed by a prior owner, clearly
running over 250hp, though I am sure the 2.5 bar on the factory indicator is
bogus.
