[200q20v] Bar readings with no boost

When I reported a max reading of 2.5bar on my factory digital gauge with my
unknown source chip, Rich Andrews asked about the readouts with the engine
off and at idle. This morning I found:
1) ignition on, and not running: 1.3 - so it is indicating .3 bar high,
correct?
2) idle- cold: .8 bar, warmed up .9 bar.
Comments, thoughts?
Thanks, Tom F.
