[200q20v] 2121 code

I would suspect the ISV.  No BTDT with the Bosch valve, but lots of exp with
the Hitachi ISV on the NA 20V.  I'd take it apart and clean it.  After that,
disconnect the elec conn. to the valve with engine idling.  Engine should
continue to run at 700/750 rpm.  If not, adjust throttle air bypass valve to
get idle into this range.  Then, with ISV hooked up, ECU should control idle
just slightly faster, 800/850 rpm.
