[200q20v] After run cooling system relay question

Steve,
I went through a similar diagnostic procedure on my 200 this spring because
I was convinced my after-run system was not operating and I was slowly
toasting my turbo. An obvious case of Automotive Munchausen-By-Proxy
syndrome. In my instance, the Seattle ambient air temps just don't get hot
enough to engage the after-run circuit when running a lower temp thermostat.
