[200q20v] alternate alignment specs recommended?

I'm about to have the car aligned, (in an hour!) and am interested in knowing 
if there is any tweek to the specs that you might recommend?  I don't want to 
excessively wear the inside of my tires, but I do appreciate having good 
contact patch thru the twisties.  Is there a nice compromise setting that you 
have BTDT?
