Thanks, I found a suitable one and am well on my way!  Apparently the fuse
has been blown for awhile, and I just wouldn't know it under any other
driving conditions other than summer & urban & congested.  I think it was
simply due to corrosion, as I'm all set now and I even heard the
"afterrun" cooling today which I don't recall ever hearing.  I guess $1.76
was worth it.
