The FPR can stay in place, but disconnect
the fuel rail forward and return lines.
You will have some spill of fuel, because the rail is under pressure, but this is not the hot side of the engine.
Disconnect the 5 electrical cords to the injectors.
Lift all 5 injectors by using a big wrench -carefully -
under the rail against the intakemanifold.
All 5 injectors removes at the same time together with 
the rail and then it is just a clip to loosen  each.
