[200q20v] Vent Problem

I believe that what you describe is happening but I am not sure why.  I
don't remember it happening in the past and it didn't do it today yet.  I
think there must be some check valve sticking somewhere that is suppose to
prevent this from happening.  I just don't know where and haven't had time
to find it.  I was hoping someone has had this problem and already found the
solution.  I am trying to take the easy way out since I am so busy at this
time.

Can boost runs reduce available vacuum sufficiently the climate controls 
that rely on vacuum to hold/create settings lose their  power 
briefly?  I've noticed during colder temperatures that if I really jump on 
it (like a 3rd gear run up a long, steep hill with a redline shift to 4th 
and still pulling),   my climate control seem to switch from producing hot 
air to producing cool or even cold.  Reminds me of the "old" days when 
vacuum-operated windshield wipers would stop midswing during acceleration.
