[200q20v] Euro head lights

Blau has been running a good deal, ~$300 per side, a harness for an
extra $100 or $150, relay to disable the dead lamp alarm.

The harness isn't quite what I would have built, but does the job.

Watch out for plug orientation on the back of the lamp assembly and
get a set of boots for them at your dealer or somewhere.  The parking
light connector needed an adapter built for it.
