[200q20v] Transmission question

I've got a stock 91 20v Avant, except for the Bilsteins. Car is fairly new
to me, but the transmission seems to sort of hang up when shifting out of
3rd or 4th. I changed to Redline MT90 and that was a noticeable improvement,
but, especially when the trans gets up to operating temp, the shifts out of
these gears bugs me. Seems as if I give a little nudge before the shift,
then it releases nice and easy. Any comments or tips? Please don't tell me
its the syncros....well,you can tell me, but I won't be happy ;-)
