I imagine that phosgene might be a possible Freon combustion product, 
but don't confuse it with mustard gas, which is _very_ different from 
phosgene. Also, I'd expect that creating phosgene at a "hazardous" 
level from accidental Freon combustion in an automobile would be (I'm 
tempted to say "impossible") extremely unlikely.
