Thanks for the info. Didn't know that the t44 ever ran with a 4 bolt hub.
There's one surprise, so could have been a front driver, and didn't the t44
ever came with R8's. Is that the same situation with Quattro Coupes?
Turbo's have 5-bolt pattern, non-turbos have a 4-bolt pattern? And the '83
was the year with the 15x8's? The wheels were probably of the 6 inch
variety as the spokes came to the lip of the wheel, no inset on the spokes.
So, last question; I surmise from wolf's post the bolt pattern on our
vehicles in 5x122, not 5x112?

Actually, that's exactly where I found my 15x7 4 bolt R-8's. They were on
an early 1984? front drive type 44 with wheel spacers. I was super stoked to
find out that they fit my 4kq perfectly (without spacers). They are 4 x 108
ET 42. Certainly won't fit a 200. The 7 and 8 inch wide Ronals have the fat
outer lip, while on the 6" wheels the spokes go right out to the edge. Pics

The 15x6 R-8's with 5x122 mentioned in the post below had to have come off
an '83 urq here in the states. I have a set outside. Pics of those here:
