[200q20v] More AC woes...

Well, I took my car into our local ford dealership, where I was told by an
A/C specialist that they could refill my Freeze-12 system with less
expensive R-134a without any changing parts.  Not only did the dealership
say "we can't touch it" they also changed the oil to 5w-30 without my
consent (serves me right for going to a ford dealersip and trusting the A/C
specialist).

Anyway, here's my dilemma.  Freeze-12 is only $9/lb. and I can buy it over
the internet, but will I be able to just plug the can into the nozzle and
have my system refilled?  The nearest shop that can refill my system is in
Boise, a good 3 hour drive away, which I would like to avoid.

Anybody BTDT on a DIY system recharge?
