Likely clogged drains beneath the heat exchanger for the a/c. Crawl under the car near the passenger's side firewall, and find a rubber hose mostly pinched shut. Likely that drain hose is clogged.

After I've had the AC on in my car for a while, when I turn a corner, out of
the center vents comes the sound of sizzling water like being poured on a
hot pan. Then yesterday afternoon when I turned off the AC, after hearing
the sound, my wife mentioned that water was dripping on her feet on the
passenger side. Any suggestions or advice as to what this is?
Thanks,
