to get rid of water soluble chemicals water is ok, (as long as power is
shut off) and stuff is dried proper. i was under the impression that
semiconducter & board manufacturers use a grade of wter that is among the
most pure in the world , so no residues are left especially like thouse
with hard water (mineral deposits) lot different than tap
water....different washer fluids have different additives, some hav a
simple organic solvent like methanol some have glycol forms in them but all
of them have a large percentage of H2O
