Oh, another thought on the leak; make sure the area under the fresh air plenum between the firewall and body is clear of leaves etc., and that the drains are in fact draining.  Might just be water flowing in the fresh air flap opening, not a leaking windshield.

While you're down there, make sure the plastic over the ECU is intact; don't want that flooded by your leaks.
