[200q20v] Secondary Coolant Pump Virus

Did you determine that that old SCP actually pumps correctly?  Someone 
posted a while back that the SCP pumps by the action of a magnetic drive 
system that can operate even if the impeller doesn't turn.  In other words, 
the pump makes pumping sounds and vibrations, but does not circulate fluid.
