AW: [200q20v] Larger BBS rims

I've always wondered if not the wheels themselves, but the centercaps of
those other makes would fit our 200q20vs.  I've looked at a lot of
Lincolns (even the 80s coupe one), Q45s, etc. and they look like they'd
snap right onto our wheels and are probably cheaper than the $50 per cap
you find.  Of course, you'd have to insert the Audi emblem but it can't be
that expensive...
