[200q20v] Euro Front End for 200Q-20V

Does anyone know of any pictures of the Euro Front End for 200Q-20V.  Has
this front end been installed on any cars in the US. I have heard that it is
different than ours but I have never seen it anywhere. 

The black part of my bumpers are getting somewhat discolored.  Has anyone
found a way to restore the original look of this or has anyone successfully
painted it.
