[200q20v] Distributor Rotor Question

    I finally got the correct rotor.  Even here in Germany it was hard to
track down.  The local Bosch Distributor said that he has never ordered that
part number before and his main warehouse didn't have it in stock.  What a
pain...........
    Now that I have all of the parts, I tried to track down the Loctite to
glue the Rotor on.  No one over here has ever heard of Loctite 640.  All
that was available was Loctite 271.
    Can I use this instead??  The package states "Locks studs, bushings, and
large fasteners against vibration loosening" and "Strengthens slip and light
press fits"

Isn't this basically what I need it to do???  Please help........
