Don't worry,  I have the Stage III+ from Ned also and ran the wrong rotor
for at least 50,000 miles and just recently changed it to the correct one.
The cap and rotor did not look bad when I took it apart so I don't believe
there was much arcing going on with the wrong rotor.  I also checked plugs
and they looked fine.  No damage to motor and I have over 180,000+ miles on
it.  I run it extremely hard every single day so if anyone should have
problems it would be me.
