[200q20v] RE: MPG

Hi all, I have noticed many posts with greatly varying mpg's.  My 91 Avant 
with 106k miles, Lehman chip, K&N, new TBV and Oxygen sensor will not exceed 
24mpg highway, and 17 mpg in town.  Car runs strong and smooth at all rpm's.  
I would like better mileage, considering that I drive 30k per year, any 
suggestions?
