[200q20v] Autox'ing and Re New toy

Never heard of this 'spraying' problem before...
Auto-crossed the 4KQ for years. (sometimes still do
but mostly race-track these days)  Did find that the
P/S belt needs to be nice and tight or loss of assist
would result. NICE and TIGHT, yes. Same with the ur-q.

As  others mentioned, perhaps the P/S system was
over-filled. It's not obvious that the accumulator
must be de-pressurized before checking the system
level and topping up. (on the ur-q anyhows, not on the
4KQ, the 4KQ does not have a hydraulic system
accumulator)
