I wouldn't. Here's one of the few good places to apply that somewhat 
overused dictum, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." I assume your 
tranny seals show no signs of leaking? Besides, bear in mind that a 
so-called "seal conditioner" is mainly a low-molecular-weight 
plasticizer/solvent  meant to swell the rubber of the seals. 
Unavoidably, it will dilute the lubricant. It's hard for me to 
imagine that such "stuff" doesn't lower the lubricating ability of 
the fresh tranny lube you have carefully selected with keen regard 
for your car's (i.e. _our_ cars') not-so-bulletproof gearbox.

IMHO, fixes like "seal conditioners" might be appropriate for 
clunkers we're just trying to nurse along another year or two before 
junking. Hmmm, I guess many of our cars are closer to that point than 
we'd like to admit. Oh Nooooo :-(
