[200q20v] 91 Avant rear wiper

mine stopped working and i checked the fuse and it was blown, rear 12v
socket did not work as well, i replaced the fuse and neither started
working, did a quick diagnostic on the 12v socket, (cell phone and computer
need that one)and wiring was ok going into it but no voltage at all didn't
have time to mess with the wiper yet.
