[200q20v] Re, Door Handle

Well, opened up the door today to find out why the lock cylinder was so
loose.  Turns out the clip that secures the handle and lock cylinder was not
cinched down all the way.  Tighten the clip a bit and everythings fine
again.

Original e-clip securing the cylinder in place was in fine shape, and
holding like new.  No need for the new circlip.  I have a spare 9/16"
though, just in case.
