[200q20v] Re: steering wheel "pulses" at low speeds

Can confirm some aftermarket P/S hoses run at a higher
noise level as compared to the far more expensive OEM
hoses, BTDT. Appears to cause no known harm. If it's
critical to maintin the designed-in quietness of the
car it's better to stick with the OEM P/S hoses.
