[200q20v] Also only 1.5 bar

Fellow Listers,

    Just to follow up on the recent thread about boost and whatnot...I'm also only getting 1.5 bar at WOT in 3rd Gear.  My car has around 80k miles and seems to work great in all other respects. I am looking to add an IA chip very soon, but i have heard that this should not be done before the engine is running in top condition.  Any thoughts on possible culprits?
