Correct me if I am wrong here, but if you pinch off the hose from the WGFV
to the WG, you will get a LOT more than 1.3 bar.  BTDT. The WG opening is
controlled by the pressure from the WGFV valve to the bottom of the WG - no
pressure - no open.
