Scott,

 BIRA has and always will err on the side of safety.  I had never heard
of the issue Michael raised.  However, whether I'd heard of it or not is
irrelevant.  If someone raises a safety issue, we will assume that it's
valid, until we find acceptable proof to the contrary. You've made some
good points, and you may be right, but we're still in research mode.
 We're still offering brake packages, however, Systems 4 and 5 are still
on hold.
