[200q20v] RKE wiring

Only a fool would open the window in inclement weather.  Why would you?

The RKE is programmed such that this feature requires a 5 sec push of button
#2, and is not even a worthwhile feature in hot weather, inasmuch as one
must be within 20' of the car for the remote to be effective.  But I paid
for button 2, so had to use it.
