[200q20v] Suspension upgrade

I know this is old stuff, but I'm a relatively new 200 Avant owner. Now that
I've got the car running nice with IA Stage III+, the next thought to drain
my wallet, is suspension upgrade. I'd like less rockin' and rollin', but
don't want to lower much, if any. Bilstein HD are on the car. Are H&R
springs for the V8 the solution? Are bigger wheels a must with these
springs? Any thoughts or experience greatly appreciated. Reply off list, if
you'd like to keep from hashing this out on the list again. TIA
