Quickly now we have progress.  Switched to 88.3 and everything's peachy!
Just out of curiosity went back to 88.7 and it worked there too.  Decided to
leave it at 88.3 though; never know, maybe the 88.7 circuit path just was
tired.

I'm not going to pretend to understand what's going on, just so long as it
works.  Also messed with the fuses while I was in there and everything was
good there.  Maybe there was a bad connection.  Who knows, reference first
sentence of paragraph.
