[200q20v] Fan fusible link question

To my most esteemed fellow Audi colleagues,

I'm installing the fusible link in the radiator fan in my 1989 200TQ (10V).
This, of course, is to prevent possible wiring harness meltdown in case the
fan motor siezes, as described on Scott Mockry's website.

I ordered the three Audi part numbers Scott references. However, there's a
puzzle. Scott implies that the fuse should be 70 amps, and I've noted other
listmates mentioning 70 amps. However, the fusible that arrived clearly is
marked "30A". Has anybody with a 200Q20V replaced and/or inspected that
link, and if so, have you noticed a marking on it?

The reference to 70A fuses and Audi PNs for the parts is found here:
