[200q20v] Power windows and sunroof dead

This has happened a few times on my car over the years.  It has always been
a broken wire in the driver's door jam.  Peel back the rubber accordion boot
and you will most likely find a broken wire.  This broken wire will cause
both the windows and the sun roof to not function.
