[200q20v] Front Springs - need help

I picked a set of H&R springs (lower the car by about 1.5 inches)

I was able to do the rears fine, but anyone successful with the fronts without tearing the whole car apart?

I read Igors page that was listed in a previous thread, and the jack idea helped, but there still wasn't enough clearance to get the spring out - even compressing the spring a little.

Even with only the rears complete, it has a noticable reduction in body roll.
