[200q20v] Boost? .... was: ECU upgrade question

This brings up a question I had.

What kind of boost readings are folks getting with
analog gauges and chips (hoppen/ia rated at 270-280
hp)?

I've done the 3rd gear test and see the needle
vibration between 15 and 20 psi.
